The College of Pharmacy celebrated the grand opening of the new Skaggs Pharmaceutical Sciences Center on Friday, February 21, 2020. University of Arizona President Robert Robbins and Dean Rick Schnellmann welcomed the guests and thanked those that made the addition and renovation possible. GLHN has joined the Green Building Initiative. The GBI is responsible for the Green Globes program which is seen as an affordable alternative to LEED Certification. The firm has several Green Globes Professionals (GGP) and works with clients to determine which certification process best supports their Green Building goals.

Pima County unveiled the new Kino Sports Park South Complex at a ribbon cutting and celebration held on January 15, 2020.  The new 167 acre expansion features 12 lighted natural grass fields for soccer, football, rugby, lacrosse and other sports and 20 pickle ball courts.
