M&V Underlies University Building’s Low Energy Use

Skaggs Pharmaceutical Sciences Center Grand Opening

The College of Pharmacy celebrated the grand opening of the new Skaggs Pharmaceutical Sciences Center on Friday, February 21, 2020. University of Arizona President Robert Robbins and Dean Rick Schnellmann welcomed the guests and thanked those that made the addition and renovation possible. GLHN has joined the Green Building Initiative. The GBI is responsible for the Green Globes program which is seen as an affordable alternative to LEED Certification. The firm has several Green Globes Professionals (GGP) and works with clients to determine which certification process best supports their Green Building goals.

Kino South Sports Complex Open for Play

Pima County unveiled the new Kino Sports Park South Complex at a ribbon cutting and celebration held on January 15, 2020.  The new 167 acre expansion features 12 lighted natural grass fields for soccer, football, rugby, lacrosse and other sports and 20 pickle ball courts. UArizona Vet Med Opens

GLHN was thrilled to be on-hand for the grand opening of the University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine in Oro Valley.  The school hosted an open house and ribbon cutting on Wednesday, November 13th.  Guests were invited to tour the building. Celebrating a Milestone

What an amazing way to celebrate a milestone! Our partners, Lloyd Construction Company, Inc. hosted their 50th Anniversary party at Reid Park Zoo and GLHN was there. It was a perfect Tucson fall afternoon and the animals were just waking from their afternoon naps and up for a snack. Sabino Canyon Crawler Ready for Service!

On November 9, 2019 the Sabino Canyon Visitor Center held a ceremony to celebrate the launch of their new emission-free shuttle, known as the Crawler. Five shuttles were purchased with the help of Tucson Electric Power Company through a generous donation and an interest free loan.  Guests at the event were treated to a ride through the Canyon in one of the open-air shuttles.  The Crawlers create less noise and…
