Approach

Our public projects are built on trust as much as on our design and engineering expertise. We build strong and transparent relationships with our public agency clients to provide technical expertise to end users who may not always be familiar with the technology. We know we are stewards of public monies and design thoughtfully, maximizing budgets and minimizing future costs.

Our goal is to deliver public projects that become community models of aesthetics and efficiency–on time and most importantly, on budget. We design with finances in mind from the beginning. This can be challenging with a large number of stakeholders and interested parties, many of whom have conflicting goals, but we believe in engaging the community, when appropriate, with public meetings or charrettes. At the end of our vigorous brainstorming sessions, we bring the financial realities back into focus so that everyone understands what’s possible. Collecting ideas and ensuring all parties feel heard creates community buy-in for the ultimate end result—a beautiful and efficient public space or infrastructure.

On a first glance, I flat love this design. I congratulate you on taking all of the comments and turning it into a great plan.
