Renovation of former clinical space into highly desired offices and meeting rooms.

GLHN worked with Lloyd Construction as the design build team on this two phase building conversion/renovation project at the University of Arizona. Recent acquisition of portions of the University Medical Center by Banner Health, along with construction of a new bed tower, enabled the University to convert the 5 upper floors of an existing 1960s Clinic Space into new academic office suites. The team designed and implemented substantial reconfigurations and upgrades to the aging MEP infrastructure, floor layouts and finishes in order to serve the modern needs of several high profile academic departments from the College of Medicine. The first phase of this project was completed on an extremely fast-track schedule.
