UNITING OPERATIONS FROM 20 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ACROSS CAMPUS TO A SHARED FACILITY.

GLHN provided architecture and engineering services as part of a Design Build team for the new Facilities Management (FM) building. FM encompasses a broad range of departments and the new facility provides greater collaboration, consolidation of support services and reduces duplication of equipment – making FM more efficient. GLHN resolved a number of design challenges related to fitting the three-story, 68,000 GSF structure onto a 30,000 GSF site.
