GLHN commissioned energy and water efficient features championed by students.

The new 74,000 SF Student Pavilion is a student-centric facility with event space and meeting rooms. As commissioning agent, GLHN prepared a comprehensive program and document outlining the steps required to achieve the University’s goal for a LEED Platinum building and meet the requirements for LEED Fundamental and Enhanced commissioning. GLHN worked closely with ASU staff, the design team, and the contractor to ensure a successful outcome. Specific tasks included building system design analysis, value engineering recommendations and evaluations, HVAC/Electrical systems analysis, and equipment implementation. We also provided a 12 month post construction analysis.
