GLHN provided commissioning services for two buildings concurrently, each with a separate contracting team.
GLHN provided enhanced commissioning services from design through construction, and post-occupancy in accordance with the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program for new construction (v4 BD+C: NC) for the Honors Village. This complex commissioning project was comprised of 500 dormitory suites, offices, classrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, recreation center and parking garage. The work was divided into East and West block projects with separate subcontractors. The divided project was treated as separate but concurrent projects with compressed schedules.
