We are proud to announce that Banner University Medical Center Tucson has won the NAIOP Best Medical Office Project of the Year for 2019! GLHN collaborated with Shepley Bulfinch to provide healthcare architecture for the new 600,000 SF patient tower and renovation of 75,000 SF in the existing hospital. Sundt Construction and DPR Construction formed a joint venture to build the $320,000,000 facility. The success of the project is due in large part to the collaborative Integrated Project Delivery approach. The entire team was co-located onsite in a “Big Room” throughout design and construction.
