UA College of Architecture Student is Recipient of GLHN Scholarship

The University of Arizona College of Architecture + Planning + Landscape Architecture has awarded this year’s GLHN scholarship to 3rd year architecture student Yanet Vega. Yanet is an honors student and single mom who lives in Rio Rico, Arizona. She is also a volunteer at her local church and at the Department of Economic Security. Her goal is to obtain an internship in the A/E industry attend the accelerated Masters program in Landscape Architecture after receiving her Bachelor degree in Architecture. We are happy to support Yanet in her endeavors

and wish her a long, prosperous career! A GLHN scholarship of $3,000 is awarded annually, alternating between the College of Architecture and the College of Engineering.
