Architect Maria Ruedinger gave her GLHN coworkers a preview of the new $18 million City of Tucson Streetcar Maintenance and Storage Facility on Friday, March 29, 2013. The project is receiving a lot of local publicity and the firm is excited to be involved in one of the City’s most significant downtown projects. Construction will be completed in the coming weeks and the streetcars will arrive later this year. GLHN is Architect and Engineer of Record. The project is designed for LEED Silver certification and used Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology.
