Future Engineer Shadowing at GLHN

As part of his high school Senior Exit Project (SEP), Kainoa Sauls is spending his afternoons at GLHN, splitting his time between the mechanical and civil engineering departments and learning from our experienced staff.  Kainoa is a senior at Andrada Polytechnic High School in Vail where his favorite classes are Engineering and AP Physics.  As part of his SEP, he will be writing a paper on how to incorporate more green technology in the environment and in the workplace. Kainoa will graduate in May of 2019 and plans on attending the University of Southern California to study mechanical engineering.  When asked how he chose GLHN for his project, Kainoa said “I googled engineering firms in Tucson and GLHN had some amazing reviews!”  GLHN is committed to supporting future engineers and architects and welcomes the opportunity to mentor students at all grade levels.
